Account deletion
Request deletion using the in-app account deletion option when available, or email us from the address registered to your TMD account. Put “Delete my TMD account” in the subject line. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
Safety and reporting
Use the in-app reporting and blocking tools when available. For urgent safety, impersonation or abusive-content reports, email us with relevant usernames and details. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Response time
We aim to respond within five business days. Privacy and deletion requests may require additional verification and processing time.
