Yijun Li, operating Tian’s Music Dormitory (“TMD”, “we”, “us”), provides this policy to explain how the TMD mobile application collects, uses and protects information.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect your email address and account identifier; profile and other content you submit; messages; photos, videos and audio; and precise location when you actively use a location-based feature. We do not use this data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide profiles and community features, deliver messages and media, enable optional location sharing and appointments, personalize the experience, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain the service.
3. When we share information
We share information with service providers only as necessary to operate TMD, such as hosting, communications and real-time audio providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or during a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
4. Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to provide profile content, media, microphone, camera, photo-library or location access. Device permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection. You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision.
5. Account and data deletion
You may request deletion from within the app when the feature is available, or email yuanpp22@gmail.com from your registered address. We may retain limited information where legally required, needed for security and fraud prevention, or contained in protected backups until normal deletion cycles complete.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the account, meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes and protecting the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
7. Children
TMD is intended for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
8. International use and updates
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate legal safeguards. We may update this policy and will post the revised date here. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
